Minor Changes

I received my proof copy of Sapphire Dreams and over all I'm happy. I have a few small spec adjustments and will have to review those. I should be okay for a release date of 10/3 still so for that i'm very happy!!!!

As well, I am DONE editing the manuscript!!!! All I need now is that perfect cover the WOWs me, and I will be ready to submit to create space for publishing.

I'm looking at the beginnings of October still for the paperback release and possibly sooner for Kindle and Nook!!

Sapphire Dreams: The Beginnings

Felicia is a 19 yr old college student just going through the motions of life.  Whens he meets Derick she knows there's something different about him, but has no idea the secret life she'll unfold in her journey. She finds  out who she truly is, how her fate in life effects everyone she knows and what it means to be Fae.  The beginning of her story changes with every page and it's just begun.
Release October 2011.
Book 2 will continue her mission and dive deeper into her world, let's just hope she's strong enough to handle it all.

I've added some of the upcoming ways to purchase my novel Sapphire Dreams: The Beginnings.  I've created a FB Author page (still in construction) and will post a link from here also once complete.  I've been proofing the content (at a snail's pace) and am looking into cover designers and choices.  As you can see I also added a picture of my mother.  From what i'm told it was taken just prior to her marrying my father so i'd say she was about 22??? (ish) Anyways I love this photo of her.  Also if you're not aware in my pen name I've used her maiden last name Yakus. For me this is a way to keep her memory alive and remind me of who gave me my start in life. :o)

Getting Up and Running

So i've decided while i'm editing and revising my manuscript I'd start my blog.  At some point this spot will hold all the information needed to keep current with my projects, published works and upcoming events.  Right now I am working on my 1st novel entitled Sapphire Dreams: The beginnings.  I am hopeful it will be available for purchase and download early October 2011 but anything can change.  I will be sure to keep everyone updated through my blog if anything new or exciting happens.  In the meantime a HUGE thanks to all those in my circle who have been helping me turn this dream of mine into a reality.   As always...............
